Certifier Network
To receive equipment from SCEDP, applicants need a professional certifier to verify their hearing or speech challenge. SCEDP works with professionals across the state to create a network of certifiers that applicants can contact.
Qualified application certifiers include:
- Audiologists
- Physicians
- Physician’s Assistants
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurses
- Speech-Language Pathologists
- Hearing Aid Specialists
Find a Certifier
Applicants can view the Certifier Network to find a professional that could certify their application. The Certifier Network shares information such as services, hours, and contact information.
Join the Certifier Network
Professionals who would like to be included in the Certifier Network can submit an Enrollment Form to SCEDP. SCEDP will review the information and, if approved, add the professional to the network listing. Completed Enrollment Forms, along with a company logo, should be sent via email.
