Services

We provide diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services for people of all ages and we do this in a friendly welcoming office.

Pediatrics: Both Kim and Virginia are experienced in pediatric diagnostic testing. For children under the age of four we schedule the child with two clinicians so assistance is available if needed. Both of us have taken additional training to ensure that we are both knowledgeable and have the proper equipment for testing and fitting hearing aids for children.

Diagnostic testing: We provide diagnostic testing to determine whether or not the hearing loss is due to middle ear dysfunction, a problem in the inner ear, or on the hearing nerve.

Hearing aids: Sumter Hearing Associates has access to several major lines of hearing aids so that we are able to offer a number of features, options and price ranges. However, the hearing aid is only part of the process, the programming and customizing to your needs is just as important. Both Kim and Virginia regularly attend seminars and workshops to stay current with the new products, and have many years of experience.
