Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center

About Us

Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center came to the Upstate of SC in the spring of 2011. Our licensed hearing aid specialist, Mark Selby (SC HAS 0435), has been helping people improve their quality of life with better hearing since 2003.

We take pride in offering 32- and 64-channel high end instruments made by Liberty Hearing Aids. These instruments offer state-of-the-art ADRO sound processing along with advanced technology that reduces background noise and feedback, while emphasizing all-important speech sounds. Nano-coating technology adds a new level of protection for all of our hearing aids and greatly reduces problems associated with moisture. Our hearing tests are always free. You do not have to be a member of Sam's Club to have your hearing tested at our Hearing Aid Center. The specialists at Sam's Club are non-commissioned salespeople and are trained to be top-notch professionals who allow you to make informed decisions without a high-pressure sales pitch. If hearing instruments are recommended for you, our products and pricing often speak for themselves. If wax removal or medical intervention is necessary, referrals to local doctors are also provided. After completing a very thorough hearing test, you will be treated to a demonstration (if appropriate) of the Liberty Hearing Aids that are best-suited for your particular hearing loss. Most of our customers will spend about 25 minutes being tested and another 15 minutes with the initial programming. After this, you will be presented with an explanation of your test results and will be given the opportunity to take the instruments for a "test drive" around the club. The entire process for someone who purchases hearing instruments and wears them home the same day usually takes about 2 hours.

Pricing for our most popular procucts is $1,399/ea for the Engage32 and $1,999/ea for the Engage64. (Please refer to the Liberty Hearing Aids website for specific features and product details.) Both of these prices include a 4-year Repair Warranty and a 2-year Loss and Damage Warranty. (Savings of up to $400/ea is available if you choose only a 1-year Repair Warranty.) A 90-Day trial period with a 100% money-back guarantee is given on all of our products.
