About Us

We believe that with better hearing, a better quality of life can be yours with the help of the right hearing professional. At Veteran-Owned Carolina Health and Hearing, we pride ourselves on developing long-term relationships with our patients. Relationships based on unsurpassed personal service that begins the minute you call our office or the first time you walk through our doors, and continues long after your initial appointment. Our staff truly cares about our patients. We have a highly trained Audiologist, Dr. Lisa Pool, who is originally from Greenville, SC. She received her Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from UNC Greensboro in 1992. She earned her Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 1995 and a clinical Doctorate in Audiology in 2016 from the University of Florida. Helping people with hearing loss so that they can more effectively communicate with their families is her goal. Dr. Pool is able to assist patients in selecting the right hearing aid, which is only a portion of the process, she then programs and customizes each patients hearing aids to meet their needs. She also regularly attends training to stay up to date on the latest hearing aid products being released.
